Cost of OncInsights™ Service

In a medical world filled with expensive drugs and complex treatment options, taking a targeted approach to cancer therapy can improve potential responses. Selecting the right targeted drug, at the right time, can improve outcomes and even save money. Although no treatment can guarantee a cure, we believe that starting with a close look at your personal disease can reveal specific drugs and support evidence that may increase your chances.

Until recently, the technology for examining tumor samples was slow and very expensive, which limited options for taking a targeted approach to your disease. As a result, treatment plans have typically not included an analysis of patient-specific molecular disease evidence for targeted indicators. But new technologies, such as genomic microarrays, are making a targeted approach much faster and more affordable.

At Intervention Insights we are taking every advantage of the latest technologies from leading providers such as Affymetrix^® to make our OncInsights service as affordable as possible. At the same time, we are continuously developing and improving OncInsights to deliver the advantages of a targeted therapeutic approach.

The current cost of the OncInsight service is $3,950. This is a comprehensive price for the complete service — there are no additional fees charged by Intervention Insights. The cost includes processing your tumor sample, all lab analysis, and the delivery of your personalized drug report to your physician with supporting evidence. Please know we make every effort to keep the price of our service as low as possible while still providing the best molecular tumor and drug analysis available. Note: Currently we are unable to take insurance payments for our service, but we are working aggressively to gain coverage. We understand that this is an additive burden at this challenging time in your life. But for the very reason that lives are in the balance, we felt that offering OncInsights now was more important than waiting for the long process of insurance qualification to complete.
